7 Days No Reason To Return
Babyvk believes in providing a hassle-free return experience and strives to make it easy for you.
Request
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Please ensure that you send us the tracking number for the return shipment within 3 days of receiving the return address from us. Otherwise, your order cancellation process may be canceled.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
- In some instances, we may only grant partial refunds. This may occur if an item is not in its original condition, if it is damaged, or if parts are missing due to reasons not caused by our error.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email informing you that we have received it and notifying you of its approval or rejection.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit card. You should receive your refund within 5 days of our receipt of the returned item.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Shipping
To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page, and we will provide you with our current return address.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
