How to use:
Place the abdominal lift attachment around your waist, ensuring the pad is centered beneath your abdomen.
Connect the belt to the pad and gently pull both elastic sides until you achieve the desired tension. Fasten the closure securely to the abdominal pad.
For added stability and support, stretch the top strap over your stomach and attach it to the opposite side. This helps prevent sliding down. When wearing the support, lie on your back with your knees bent.
Measure from your lower back to under your belly to determine the appropriate size. Avoid selecting based on your maternity pants or trousers.
